Allison Gonsalves

Founding Partner, OAA

Allison’s career specializes in custom residential homes and commercial spaces. She understands that unique details are required for various lifestyles. She has worked at boutique firms in Toronto, LA and Lisbon where she has contributed to and designed modern spaces that have won competitions, that have been published and that have been presented with Ontario Architectural Association (OAA) Design Excellence Awards. Allison is intrigued with textures and sculptural forms, and studies them to create a tactile connection between the user and their desired space. She is always looking to explore the conscious and tactile possibilities of modern architecture.

Marcin Sztaba

Founding Partner, OAA

Marcin’s experience in Architecture is wide and extensive. He understands the importance of enhancing the visual and usability of a building within a city’s fabric. Marcin has worked in Toronto, Halifax, Germany and Lisbon where he has contributed to many diverse projects such as opera houses, condos, hospitals, universities, and custom homes. These projects have won several accolades and have been published throughout North America. Marcin is focused on exceptional design and is interested in using unique materials to express captivating forms.
